Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped. In such cases, the order cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered.

Subscription Policy
When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you agree to receive your selected product(s) on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you select.
In return, you may receive:
- Exclusive discounted pricing
- Priority order processing
- Locked-in product availability
These benefits are available only while your subscription remains active.
Minimum Commitment Period
If a subscription discount is applied, it is conditional on maintaining the subscription for a minimum of one billing cycle.
This pricing is not intended for one-time or short-term use. Cancelling immediately after receiving the first discounted order may result in the discount being removed from your order total.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a delivery
at any time before your next billing date.

If the cancellation request is submitted after a renewal payment has been processed, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
Early Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel before completing the minimum subscription term (when a discount has been applied), the following may apply:
- The discount received may be deducted from your refund
or - A small early cancellation fee may be charged to cover the promotional benefit provided.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will then be cancelled.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed automatically. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
